Goal

The Florida Art Educator's Conference is being held in Naples this year and is a wonderful opportunity for me to learn and grow as a teacher. The goal is to gain new ideas, strategies, and processes and implement those in my classroom.

What will be done with my students

From past experience, I have been able to bring new and exciting ideas from the FAEA Conference to my classroom. I will attend workshops and trainings that will bring fresh ideas to my curriculum. The workshops are broken down by medium and age level. So, I am able to obtain a plethora of knowledge about various media at the appropriate age level and incorporate that into my classroom.

Benefits to my students

The benefit to my students is phenomenal. My students will receive the latest and greatest art projects as I learn them at the conference. I have over 800 students and all will be impacted. The students will be receiving the most benefit from art educators around the state.
