Teh Qball speaker is a fun and engaging way to get the kids to share. I can literally just toss the ball over to them and their ideas are heard by all. It is a foam ball to they won't get hurt and fortunately durable to handle the falls when the kids don't catch it. They love to hear their voices so they fight the chance to chair, a teachers dream! :)

Goal

To make sure that every child has a chance to have his/her thoughts heard.

What will be done with my students

Students are always being asked questions or to share their ideas. Sometimes they are nervous/anxious to share or are to "far back" to be heard. The Q Ball takes the anxiety away and turns sharing into fun. It is a throwable ball with a microphone built in. It is literally thrown around the class to have the kids share their answers/thoughts. Taking away the fear of answering and allowing them to "play" along with the class.

Benefits to my students

The kids will have a great time sharing their thoughts while playing along with the class. They can work on their communication skills and even some catch and throw/coordination skills at the same time. This will allow for every child to literally be heard!
