Goal

The goal of this grant is to provide students with a hands-on experience to engage with various science topics. The Imaginarium provides students with an experience to expand their creativity and critical thinking skills as well.

What will be done with my students

Students will explore the Imaginarium through various science themed stations. We will be able to go over ecosystems and food chains topics from class and discuss the class related ideas with real life animals at our finger tips. Students will also be able to discover science on their own while exploring the main museum.

Benefits to my students

This field trip will benefit my students by learning outside the classroom. Students who get to see the content in a tangible, real life way, greatly benefit in terms of memory and comprehension. This field trip is a great tool to get students about all aspects of science as well.

Budget Narrative

The budget will cover student admission and bus transportation for the day.
