Goal

Our goal is to support student socialization and interaction during PE and recess through a variety of games that promote language acquisition, social cooperation, problem solving and perspective taking.  

What will be done with my students

The various equipment will be used with the students during PE and recess during student class times. The equipment purchased will allow students to participate in a variety of physical education and recess activities between partners or small groups 

Benefits to my students

Collier County Schools recognizes the importance and value of developing social and cooperative learning skills through a variety of physical activities both at recess and during PE. By purchasing this equipment students will be able to participate in a variety of activities that support the development of the whole child. 

Budget Narrative

The budget includes a variety of equipment that can be used in multiple settings including PE, recess, and with individual grade level classrooms to celebrate student growth and achievement in key academic areas. Frisbee Golf will be used in grades 3,4, and 5. Six Color Starter Sets include: six of each of the following: soccer-ball, junior football, volleyball, playground balls, cones, and mesh bags. Budget total is for 890.00 which covers the items listed below plus tax through ordering from Amazon.
