Original Grant Overview
Goal
Science investigations will be enhanced with this amazing microscope. Understanding of different science topics will be strengthened due to the use of this device.
What will be done with my students
This microscope will be used all year by the students. By utilizing this, they will be able to comprehend science concepts such as a seed versus a spore. I teach high achieving students, many which are gifted. They need to explore and be enriched as all students do. This microscope will help with this goal. It can be connected to a computer and the image displayed on the computer screen so it is easier for students to see. That image can then be projected to the front board for all students to see.
Benefits to my students
This microscope has a large screen for viewing. Also, it can be connected to a computer and the screen will then be projected for the whole class to see. This microscope will help my students to comprehend different aspects of our science curriculum.
