The wobble stools were a wonderul addition to my classroom, as they offered a flexible seating option to help my fidgety students with concentration. With the use of the wobble stool, students showed an increase in engagement and focus.

Original Grant Overview

Goal

My goal is to offer flexible seating to students and help fidgety students with concentration. Kids of all ages are naturally active, and this chair encourages the high energy child to get their wiggles out while remaining in their seat, so their activities and studies get done.

What will be done with my students

Students will have the opportunity to use this flexible seating option, instead of of regular classroom chair.

Benefits to my students

Flexible seating arrangements help kids better to interact with each other, and have a lot to offer for the learning process of. Strengthens core & corrects posture: Regular chairs allow children to slouch and encourage poor posture that can cause back problems later in life, but this wobble chair for kids ensures boys and girls maintain good posture while naturally engaging their cores for stronger, healthier backs.
