Impact to My Classroom

My students loved making puzzles this year. Making puzzles was a challenge for many of my students when we first started this Leadership Team. They struggled with learning how to make the frame and then fill in the middle of the puzzle. Once I helped the students with the frame, they were excited to see how fast they could complete a puzzle. I am proud of these students for working so hard all year. I am looking forward to placing these puzzles in the prize box for Eagle Wing winners to be able to choose their favorite puzzle to take home. Thank you for your kind donation to help us get an assortment of puzzles.

Original Grant Overview

Goal

To provide engagement and teamwork. I will help my students learn how to make puzzles. Complete puzzles and use them as prizes for Eagle Wings.

What will be done with my students

Our passion for puzzles will include small groups of students working together to complete puzzles. These puzzles will be saved and used for prizes so other students can enjoy them as decorations to take home.

Benefits to my students

Completing a puzzle in small groups will help the students learn about sharing, taking turns, working together, and paying it forward so others can enjoy what the students are making.

All puzzles will be purchased from Amazon, Target, or Walmart depending on prices.
