Thank you for your awesome donation!The headphones were a great success. The students have used the headphones daily for lessons, assessments, computer programs, and for relaxing reading time. The headphones allowed the students to concentrate on lessons without being interrupted or distracted by a noise.

Original Grant Overview

Goal

My goal is to promote a successful learning environment where all students are actively engaged, with equitable resources to benefit each learner. While all students have access to their own district-provided laptop, not all students have access to quality headphones, which allow students to hear clearly while working on independent digital lessons. A classroom set of quality, comfortable, and durable headphones, and earbuds for students would assist students to feel secure and successful when working independently with the laptops.

What will be done with my students

Students will use the headphones to complete daily learning lessons and or assessments.

Benefits to my students

Students will have access to quality headphones, which will allow them to hear clearly while working on independent digital lessons or assessments.

The cost will cover a set of headphones for one second grade class.
