Spirit Club was a success this year! Students were able to come together to celebrate our new students and spread school spirit throughout the year. Spirit club plans to end the year with a bang by cheering on students and getting them excited for the end of the school year. Students will be so suprised to see their classmates with pom poms and thundersticks! What a fantastic way to end the school year and get them excited about the year to come!

Goal

To promote school spirit at Corkscrew Elementary!

What will be done with my students

The Spirit Club is made up of students in grades first through fifth. This club will be a first for our Corky Bears! These students meet monthly to plan activities that promote spirit around our campus at Corkscrew Elementary. Activities include morning meetups to welcome our bears to campus with pom poms and cheers, help celebrate students' achievements, and leave inspirational messages around campus. These are just some of the great things that this awesome club will do at Corkscrew Elementary!

Benefits to my students

The spirit club will help our students feel connected to their peers. These activities will help motivate their peers to continue to be amazing leaders at Corkscrew Elementary!

Budget Narrative

I am requesting $218.44 for supplies to help support Spirit Club. T-Shirts will be purchased for each member of the squad to wear to show school spirit. I am also requesting pom poms and thunder sticks, so students can be seen and heard cheering on our fellow classmates!
