Goal

Introduce students about Dia De los Muertos Culture in a fun a creative way.. during Spanish Class.  

 

What will be done with my students

Celebrate Day of the Dead with my students and decorate real sugar skulls from Mexico. Kit includes enough sugar skulls, sequins, glitter, glue, foil, feathers, and paper hat patterns... 

 

Benefits to my students

Students will learn about the Day of Dead culture during Spanish Class.  

 

Budget Narrative

Two different Craft Activities to do with grades K, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 grade during the Month of October to celebrate Day of the Dead. This is a culture lesson that students will be introduced to the beautiful culture of Mexico. Students will learn and commemorate his or her loved one during Dia de los Muertos.
