Goal
My goal is to encourage students to complete their work to the best of their ability through weekly raffles and rewarding students for positive behaviors as well as improving grades. This will allow students to be successful in their future math studies.

What will be done with my students
I will hold weekly drawings in my classroom. Students will receive tickets for:
-Standard Mastery
-Positive Behaviors
-Classroom duties and jobs
-Improving Grades
This past year my students earned these tickets through the above mentioned writing their names on the back and putting them in their class buckets. At the end of the week a student would roll a dice to see how many tickets we would draw. I had 6 periods so I had about 6-36 prizes leaving per week.
Since prizes consisted of chips, cookies, toys, school supplies, and trinkets if got a little expensive due to having to buy prizes from my personal funds.
