Goal

My goal is to celebrate success in my classroom by providing my students with recognition and capturing important moments in action.

What will be done with my students

Students will celebrate their success in our classroom by visiting the Celebration Station. This spot in our classroom has a buzzer that the students press after they pass a lesson on iReady or a Reading Counts test. After the students press the buzzer the rest of their classmates praise them by saying a quick cheer! This is a fun way to motivate our class to do their best work! Celebrating success with intrinsic motivation that will help to creating a caring and compassionate learning environment. I would love to capture moments that the students are proud of and display those photos in their Leadership binders. These binders store accomplishments, goals, and proud work. Having the opportunity to capture these moments will allow the student to feel proud.

 

Benefits to my students

Through the celebration station students will be given the motivation they need from their classmates and teacher to continue to strive to do their best work. Students will also get a chance to snap a photo of things they accomplish in class to share and celebrate with family and friends. This will continue to encourage a love of learning!

 

Budget Narrative

This budget includes the wireless photo printer and photo paper. This includes the tax.
