The goal is to provide a class set of calculators that students can use to calculate business financials to better understand their business ideas. They will also be provided these on certification tests that when passed can be added to their resume. It provides students with an option to not be on phones in class to use a calculator. The specific calculator being purchased are the TI-30Xa.

The goal is to provide a class set of calculators that students can use to calculate business financials to better understand their business ideas. They will also be provided these on certification tests that when passed can be added to their resume. It provides students with an option to not be on phones in class to use a calculator. The specific calculator being purchased are the TI-30Xa.
Electronics - Personal computers/tablets/iPads, headphones, charging cables, computer mice, etc.
Students will be allowed to use the calculator in class to help analyze their business and as an assistance when calculating items like cash balance, sales growth, customer retention cost and rate, customer acquisition costs, and ROI for a business. In accounting they will be able to use it to balance the books, create financial statements, and balance the accounting equation.
Students have the opportunity to earn certifications like entrepreneurship and small business management and project management. Having a handled calculator allows students to more easily calculate business financial problems. On tests they will be able to utilize these calculators so it can be assessed which items they know, and which need more attention.
Calculators are $13 each.
