Goal

My goal is to celebrate and reinforce positive behavior and academic achievements among students, fostering a supportive and engaging classroom environment that motivates continued excellence, hard work, and a positive attitude.

What will be done with my students

Students will participate in a variety of fun and engaging glow celebration activities designed to celebrate their positive behavior and academic achievements in our class at the end of each semester. These activities will include: Glow-in-the-Dark Games and Dance Party.  

Benefits to my students

The glowing into success celebration will provide many benefits to my students. Celebrating students' positive behavior and academic achievements will boost their self-esteem and motivate them to continue excelling.

Increased engagement with fun and engaging activities will increase students' enthusiasm for school, leading to higher levels of participation and interest in their studies.

Recognizing and rewarding good behavior and academic success will encourage students to maintain these positive habits.

These benefits will support the overall development of my students, contributing to a more positive and productive school experience. 

Budget Narrative

The glow celebration items will be used a couple times throughout the school year. The black light and strobe light will be reused in future years. Items will be purchased from Amazon.
