The students have improved their behaviors and overall work habits by having incentives to work toward. The treasured items have helped to motivate all my students. They look forward to visiting the school store that my colleagues and I set up at school as a reward for their positive choices. The treasure motivates the students to make positive choices, and to work hard as a team. It also motivates them to practice using our school -wide patriot expectations to be kind, respectful and responsible each day when they are at school. All the treasured items have helped the children to learn how to work hard and earn points as a paycheck for their positive choices. The students have improved their behaviors and overall work habits by having incentives to work toward. They truly look forward to cashing in their points and earning more points because of their hard work and leadership habits.
