Goal
The goal is for every student to receive a custom shirt featuring the academy logo on the front. These shirts will be purchased from a local company that offers budget-friendly options for our school. It fosters a sense of belonging and affiliation with the academy, enhancing their connection to the school community

What will be done with my students
My students will get a t-shirt each time they earn a certification in my course. This personal reward will let them proudly display their achievements around school and motivate their peers to strive for certification as well. It serves as an incentive for students to strive for certification and reach their goals.
Benefits to my students
Receiving a shirt every time they earn a certification offers several benefits for student provides tangible recognition of their hard work and achievements. Wearing the shirt allows students to take pride in their accomplishments and showcase their success.
