What will be done with my students

Students will get to research different recipes. We will then go grocery shopping for ingredients for a specific recipe the students would like to try. On our Fun Food Fridays, students will get a chance to learn how to make that dish. Lastly, we would go to a restaurant to practice ordering off a menu and interacting with restaurant staff.

Benefits to my students

This will improve the students ability to cook independently at home. They will also gain confidence interacting with restaurant staff, reading a menu, ordering food and paying for their purchase.

Budget Narrative

Money will only be used for ingredients students will be cooking with and a trip to a restaurant.
