Goal
My students will use the reading and math games as engaging centers to reinforce learning. As well, the games will teach them to work together and collaborate to solve problems.
What will be done with my students
The games will teach my students essential reading comprehension and math skills in a fun and reinforcing way, so that they learn that they do have the skills to participate in their classroom successfully.
Benefits to my students
Students learn best through visual, and hands on organization and through fun activities that easily enable them to be successful. These games are action-packed. Students hunt for treasure as they read for key details as well as race to finish their paper routes as they explore informational texts. They make fractions out of pizza and learn place value through the mystery haunted house and much more!

These games will be purchased through Lakeshorelearning.com. They will help each student interact with each skill and each other.
