Goal
My goal of the stability ball is to motivate, encourage and keep students focused and interested on the lesson being taught!
What will be done with my students
The students I work with tend to have a low attention span and struggle with reading. By incorporating stability balls, students who tend to lose focus quickly will remain on task by moving around without disturbing others in class. They will also internalize more information by allowing their brains to be engaged thus reaching their full potential in learning.
Benefits to my students
The stability ball will help those gain more knowledge by allowing the students to release energy, improve behavior, and focus simultaneously in class. Some studies show that the practice increases better test scores by 20 percent!
