Goal
Ensure student BYOD devices are charged and ready to go.
What will be done with my students
The CCPS BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) initiative has encouraged students to bring their own technology into the classroom and motivated teachers to utilize this technology in their instruction. An unintended consequence of students constantly using their devices is that they often have low or no power. A technology charging station in my classroom will allow my 150 students to keep their devices fully charged.
Benefits to my students
Student BYOD devices are fully charged for use inside and outside of the classroom.
