Goal

The goal of this project is to provide my learners with mathematical resources to have success with math concepts for third grade.

What will be done with my students

Students will be working in math centers weekly, VersaTiles will be a station that will provide students with purposeful practice using the captivating challenge of a puzzle aligned with our Math Standards. The following math concepts will be reviewed with this resource: Number and Operations: Multiply and Divide, Multiply and Divide: Problem Solving, Fractions: Fractions as Numbers, Measurement and Data: Use and Interpret Data, Geometric Measurement: Perimeter and Area, and Geometry: Shapes and Attributes. Reviewing these concepts will be beneficial for my students to show success.

Benefits to my students

VersaTiles help students build math proficiency in a challenging and rewarding way. My classroom consists of Cambridge and Gifted learners, my students learn best through exploration.
