Goal
To update our classroom decor to be easily cleaned and engaging.
What will be done with my students
Our current classroom environment is changing drastically to the a "new" normal. Many of our previous items in class would absorb since they were often porous and made with cloth. Instead using these decorative light covers we can see science topics right above us, improve the lighting in our interior room without windows, and follow all health and safety guidelines for easy cleaning.
Benefits to my students
Students will have diffused light which is an improvement from just florescent and see "windows" to the outside world on our ceiling. This should improve overall mood and engagement with a interesting and safer classroom environment for all.
