Goal
My goal is for students to not just learn the content from their science standards, but to be engaged during their learning by participating in hands-on activities and experiments!
What will be done with my students
Students will work together to use scientific materials and investigation cards, to explore and experiment on tasks that focus on the 4th grade scientific standards.
Benefits to my students
These kits will benefit my students because they focus and follow different 4th grade science standards. Students will ask questions, predict outcomes, describe processes, read texts, note take, and participate in investigations and experiments that encourage critical and scientific thinking and help to create real world connections.
Budget Narrative
The price of this will cover 5 kits, 3 sets of weights for science and math activities, as well as a model to teach about the moon phases and space standards.
