Goal
My goal is to create interactive, purposeful wall displays and bulletin boards that allow all students to explore, create, collaborate and learn.
What will be done with my students
When visiting the Media Center, K-5 students will have access to a variety of interactive displays and bulletin boards. Students will be able to create and explore using a Lego wall, solve various cross-curricular puzzles and post responses to open-ended questions. The displays will become a permanent part of the Media Center.
Benefits to my students
Interactive displays will allow for open-ended exploration while promoting risk-taking, problem solving and critical thinking skills. Displays are easily adapted to meet the needs of all learners and will benefit the entire student population from kindergarten to 5th grade.
Budget Narrative
It will cost $316 to create the Lego wall and $61 to create two bulletin board displays.
