Goal
My goal is to transform my classroom into a Glow Room to engage my students in our math lesson review.
What will be done with my students
Student will be reviewing important math standards in a fun, exciting, and engaging way. They will be working on math problems to review the skill that we have just learned, this work will be done in highlighters so it glows! Students will use glowsticks as a manipulative and also to help illuminate our learning!
Benefits to my students
Glow-in-the-dark math will make review fun and meaningful. Reviewing concepts in a fun and engaging way will help my students to interact with the math standards again and fully understand by completing this Glow room transformation.
Budget Narrative
I am requesting $161.37 for materials to host Glow Math multiple times throughout the school year, this includes: 2 black lights, 2 packages of highlighters, glow sticks, and additional supplies to transform into a GLOW ROOM! This price also includes tax. Shipping is free with Amazon.
