Goal
Our goal is to finish in 1st place in every competition we enter.
What will be done with my students
I have personally recruited 40 of the brightest students at Lely High School. These kids are exited and eager to put in the necessary work to perform at the highest level they are capable. There aren't many clubs that allow academically focused kids the type of comradery that can be found in Scholar Bowl. The resources we are purchasing will hopefully give us an edge when preparing for competition.
Benefits to my students
Scholar bowl is an opportunity for the best and brightest students at Lely High School to come together as a team. In addition to the scholastic benefits, the students will also benefit socially from being immersed in a academic program with like minded individuals. Obviously, our goal is to win competitions but a secondary goal is for the students to have fun and establish friendships.
