Goal
To motivate students to stay after school or come to school on Saturdays to receive specific skill tutoring or bootcamps. Students will receive incentives for coming and showing progress.
What will be done with my students
Students will learn specific skills needed
Direct small group tutoring on reading skills
Receive individualized learning experience
Improve academic performance
Slow retention rates
Students pass graduation reading/math requirement
Help to develop a higher level of thinking.

Budget Narrative
We will use the gift cards ($500) as prizes for students who attend the camps or after school tutoring.These cards will be part of drawings. Some will be given to most improved, most consistent as well.
The food ($500) will be given during boot camps as meals. Also, it will help with the ending celebration of participants.
