Goal
Our students work hard and I woud like for them to have a reward day that they look forward to. These larger than life games would be a great way to get outside and celebrate success.
What will be done with my students
My students would have opportunities to earn rewards. These rewards would be quarterly based on reaching levels of achievement/success. They will be "playing" games that still require them to problem solve, collaborate, and use their math skilss! :)
Benefits to my students
Everyone needs something to look forward to. All work and no play, is not a philosphy I want my students to learn. I want them to realize that when they put forth their effort not only can they be successful, but they can earn a fun reward too. These larger than life games will be seen by all and hopefully encourage all students to reach their goals.
Budget Narrative
4 larger than life games (2 of each, 4-in-a-row and kickball darts) to be used with K-5 in groups to reward their hard work.
