Investor
Thank you to the following investor for funding this grant.
Suncoast Credit Union - $999.00
Goal
To demonstrate unique artwork in the digital world where students can easily use images available instead of creatively using their own art work.
What will be done with my students
Students will be taught how to use the features of the drawing tablet. The tablet works on a pen instead of a mouse, so they will learn how to use a pen over a mouse. They will learn eye hand coordination as they will have to draw on the tablet and see how it relates to the computer screen. They will learn how to use the tablet with software to develop their custom artwork. Finally they will be able to use their artwork in presentations and projects.
Benefits to my students
Foster a basic understanding of digital graphic art.
Easily be able to create and use unique art work in a digital environment.
Students will also be able to digitally take notes and show their work to math problems.
Promote handwriting skills.
Digital artwork is easily shared with parents via email or google classroom.
Have a class set, students will be able to work on artwork collaboratively.
Budget Narrative
This would be a set of 20 drawing tablets for our computer lab. Each tablet is $49.95. So the total for 20 tablets would be $999.00
