Goal

With this project, I will teach the students how to grow their own food by establishing various types of gardens: in ground, hydroponic, and aeroponic.

What will be done with my students

The students will learn various methods of growing their own food and develop an appreciation for and hopefully an interest in the farming community.

Benefits to my students

The students will use multiple content areas to plan and carry out planting and harvesting their own foods. They will learn how food grows, teamwork, measuring ph levels and how to prepare healthy food.
