Goal

Kids like to move! Unfortunately, they are stuck in a seat the majority of their day at school. Wobble stools would allow students the ability to move while learning. 

 

What will be done with my students

With the purchase of wobble stools, my students would be able to focus on their work without being stuck sitting still. Students would be given the opportunity to use a wobble stool as needed and take turns sharing this incredible resource with their classmates.  

 

Benefits to my students

It has been scientifically proven that kids need to move to learn. Using wobble stools in the classroom allows students to remain at their desk, while still moving and completing their work. I often find many students leaning back in their chair or sitting in an unsafe manner. Wobble stools would meet their need for movement in a safe way while still allowing them to stay focused and productive in class.  

 

Budget Narrative

This budget includes four 18inch wobble stools that are built for students in grades 3 though 7, as well as tax.
