Goal
25 jump ropes for cardio-respiratory lessons. I have some really old jump ropes. They are in very bad condition. Some new ones would be great.
What will be done with my students
Benefit students with aerobics, cardio training sessions.
Jumping rope is one of the fastest ways to get fit. In my opinion its a like having a gym in the palm of your hands. The kids love them, which is great. It could be done, here in PE and also at home. Doesn't take much space to benefit from such an incredible piece of equipment.
Benefits to my students
Fitter, happier students. Studies show that jumping rope is good for the mind, body and soul. It brings the heartbeat up really quick, makes you sweat fast. Fitter students do better in all academic areas. Their is nothing better than a jump rope to get students fit quickly.
