Goal

I would like to add a large classroom carpet for my students to sit on through out the day.  

 

What will be done with my students

A large classroom carpet would give my students the ability to have more flexible seating opportunities. When students are comfortable they are more engaged in the lesson. I have a carpet right now that about six of my students fit on and all of my students love to sit on the carpet all day long. A large classroom carpet is fundamental to the welcoming students to be comfortable and engaged in their classroom environment.  

 

Benefits to my students

The expected outcome from adding a larger carpet to my classroom is that more of my students will be able to sit on the carpet and be actively engaged in their work through out the day, everyday for years to come. A large classroom carpet is fundamental to the welcoming students to be comfortable and engaged in their classroom environment.
