Goal
My goal is for every student to have a pair of headphones to use each day in class.
What will be done with my students
Students require the use of headphones each day in class. From state testing to a variety of computer programs, headphones are required. They access programs within each subject that play videos, read articles, ask questions, etc. Without headphones, the programs they are using are a distraction to other students. Also, some prefer to wear headphones during testing just to keep out distractions that may be present nearby.
Benefits to my students
Many students bring their own headphones to school each day, but some do not. Even the students that own their own headphone sometimes forget them at home. Having a few extra sets in the classroom assures that every student will have access to headphones each day as needed.
