Goal
To provide the Mountain Math Online Review curriculum for each first grade class at GCCAS, which includes online access and printables.
What will be done with my students
Each day Mountain Math is used as a warm-up for our math block, spending 10-15 minutes. By completing a few problems a day together, all of our necessary skills are covered in one week. By the end of the year students are usually independent in completing each day on their own.
Benefits to my students
Mountain Math for first grade is a spiral review of all domains we teach throughout the year. Students get to experience those skills so they will be familiar when introduced in our primary math curriculum .
Budget Narrative
Each of our first grade teachers need a subscription for Mountain Math in order to tailor the program to their own and their students' needs. Each subscription gives 1 years access.
