Reduce student fatigue, increase collaboration and improve academic performance.
What will be done with my students
Student of the Week will be able to use the flexible seating. Each student will have the role of student of the week as an obligation to our classroom community. Student of the week has the responsibility to assist with classroom jobs, such as passing out papers and running errands.

Describe the Students
Most of my students are high performers taking the Gifted Elective in grades 6-8. One class is diverse students on an inspiring journey where they develop confidence, build pride in their culture, achieve their goals, and help their peers succeed. Students learn how to take action to improve their own lives, manage their time, and resolve conflict by considering differences in personality.
