Goal
My goal is to have each student feel part of a club by having their own "club shirt."
What will be done with my students
On specified days, we will be meeting with our Mad Scientist Club. These students come from impoverished homes and will wear their club shirt on club days. These club shirts will boost morale within the club while providing a "team spirit." They will wear the shirts while engaging in high interest science experiments.
Benefits to my students
Many kids do not get to join sports or after school clubs and the shirts will solidify them as part of a group. Students will be motivated and excited to carry on experiments while at home.
Budget Narrative
These shirts will benefit 17 students at Manatee Elementary School.
