Goal

The students will learn how to use all tools in the kitchen and prepare meals. 

 

What will be done with my students

The students use the items purchased for the kitchen to learn important independent living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and safety. The will choose their own recipes, shop, and make the recipe. This will be a permanent integration that will benefit students for years to come. 

 

Benefits to my students

The students will learn the skills necessary to independently cook and clean a kitchen or get a job during those skills. 5 teachers and 60 students will benefit from this grant.

The items will be purchased through Amazon and the gift card will cover the food costs for the students recipes.
