Goal
To provide engaging ways to gather formative assessment data from students on the spot. (engaging for students, quick and efficient for teacher)
What will be done with my students
I will use the electronic writing boards both in whole group and small group settings. I will ask check-up questions to my students and they will respond on the boards. This will provide me immediate feedback on mastery of content being taught, and allow me the opportunity reteaching or clarifying misconceptions on the spot. The boards are colored so they are more engaging then the regular white boards, and students can also come up with their own games, and ways to use them in small group settings.

Budget Narrative
Ordered 7 sets (4 electronic writing boards per pack) so that I can use whole group or small group_). Will also share these with the other two Civics teachers. Also included replacement batteries for one time replacement.
