Goal
The goal of the stand and pocket chart is to help students have an interactive and visual resource to use in phonics, reading, and writing lessons and activities.
What will be done with my students
The pocket chart and stand will be used to hold alphabet picture cards that coincides with our phonics program. Students will be able to see, use, and refer to the stand that displays the alphabet letters to use during phonics instruction, reading and writing opportunities.
Benefits to my students
The stand and pocket chart will reinforce concepts used during lessons. The students can interact with the pocket chart and the cards displayed in the pocket chart. Students can take the cards as needed to use as a resource.
