Goal

The goal of this project is to maximize instructional time when using whiteboards. Students often misplace markers and erasers, so having all of it in one place makes for the most efficient and effective learning experience. This awesome classroom tool will help smooth transitions while eliminating pauses and allow for the most amount of instructional time. 

 

What will be done with my students

The project benefits students in terms of organization. Kleenslates created a whiteboard with components for marker and eraser storage inclusive to one singular product. This allows for students to quickly retrieve all supplies while minimizing the chance of lost supplies. Kleenslates also provides interchangeable backgrounds for whiteboards, including primary lines, which are crucial for Kindergarten students in the beginning stages of letter formation and writing. Having these tools will benefit students who are still waiting on the arrival of UFLI supplies. However, these tools are not exclusive to one subject area. These tools can benefit learning greatly in all subjects - from ELA to math and science.
