Goal
The goal of this project is to add graphic novels series to our school's library collection to increase reading engagement.
What will be done with my students
Students love to read graphic novels. These popular series will increase traffic in the school's library. I have included titles for lower and upper elementary students with popular characters that will entice students to read the entire series. Best of all, these books will become a permanent part of the library collection benefitting students this year and subsequent years. Upon receipt of the book shipment, they will be added to the shelves and be available for students to check-out.
Benefits to my students
This project will benefit our entire student body of about 550 students in grades pre-kindergarten through fifth grade. The addition of these graphic novel series to our library collection will increase fiction circulation by an estimated 5%, impacting reading achievement across the grade levels.

These prices already include library processing, as well as shipping and handling. Items will be procured from Follett.
