Goal
The goal of this grant request is to order a game elements kit for our drone club. This game elements kit will help guide the students in how to appropriately fly and operate their drones. What will be done with my students
My students will be able to navigate obstacles and complete missions with the game elements kit. This will increase the precision of their flying skills and give them opportunities to work together to complete missions by communicating and trusting each other to make the correct movements.
Benefits to my students
This will benefit the students by providing them a game kit that is sanctioned by the Aerial Drone Competition group. This will prepare the students for future competitions with other drone pilots in the state of Florida and beyond.
Describe the Students
Students of all backgrounds are invited to our drone club. Most students currently in the club have a proclivity for STEM related activities and course work.
