Goal

Receiving a grant for a Prezi subscription for elementary students aims to enhance their learning experience by integrating interactive and visually engaging presentations into their education. The primary goals include fostering creativity and critical thinking skills, providing a dynamic tool for students to present their ideas and knowledge, and supporting diverse learning styles through multimedia. By leveraging Prezi's innovative platform, we can make complex concepts more accessible and stimulating, ultimately aiming to improve student engagement, comprehension, and enthusiasm for learning.

What will be done with my students

Students can use Prezi to create dynamic and visually engaging presentations that go beyond traditional slide formats. With Prezi’s zoomable canvas, they can organize their ideas in a non-linear, spatial layout, which helps to illustrate connections between concepts and present information in a more interactive way. For example, they might use Prezi to design a project on a historical event, visually mapping out the timeline and key figures, or to explore scientific concepts by zooming in on different layers of a complex topic. Additionally, Prezi can facilitate collaborative work, allowing students to co-create presentations, share their findings with peers, and develop their communication and digital literacy skills in an innovative, multimedia-rich environment.
