Goal
My goal is to increase student engagement by offering flexible seating as an incentive for effort/good behavior.

Class Furniture - Carpets, choral risers, transitional seating/desks, etc.
What will be done with my students
Students who exhibit good effort and meet classroom expectations will get the opportunity to choose a flexible seating option as they complete independent class work. The flexible seating options will offer a change in routine for students that are meeting expectations.
Benefits to my students
Flexible seating options empower students to choose how they prefer to work. It provides a positive classroom atmosphere and encourages good behavior. It is also beneficial to students that need extra opportunities to move throughout the day.
