Goal
My goal for the art program at HHS is build a state of the art Glass fusing program. It is my passion to bring something new and interesting into the art classroom. This would be a program like no other in the district or even state! Glass fusing would be implemented in all classes offered at HHS; Creating 2D Art, Creating 3D Art, 2D/3D Studio art.
Category
School supplies - Markers, paints, paper, crayons, clay, pencils, sharpies, modeling dough, etc.
What will be done with my students
Students would benefit deeply by learning a variety of new techniques and advancing skills in the arts. Glass fusing would be permanently integrated into the art program and these tools would potentially last for years to come. A variety of lesson can be taught through glass fusing. It is described in course description to offer a wide range of media and techniques and to be cultural relevant while engaging to students.
Benefits to my students
Both traditional and IB students at HHS would be benefiting from these supplies. Students would have the opportunity to engage in a state of the art program that is not offered elsewhere. Creating advanced - museum quality art.

All essential tools needed to be equipped for glass fusing with class sizes of nearly 40 students - servicing a total of 210 students.
