Goal
The goal of our grant is to promote STEM education by engaging students in science through a visit from the mobile planetarium. Our secondary goal is to improve science scores on the end of year science test.

What will be done with my students
Students will engage in an interactive planetarium. The mobile planetarium will visit our schoo,l and each class will visit the planetarium to learn about orbits and planets. Then students will complete an interactive project to reflect on their learning at the planetarium.
Benefits to my students
Student engagement in science education will increase. Students will have interactive experiences with fourth grade science standards. Students will increase their science test scores on the end of year science test.
Budget Narrative
We will use the $1500 to pay for the mobile planetarium to visit on two separate occasions in order to service four classes on one day, and the other four classes the next day.
