Goal
To place tablets in the hands of some of my students during our science and math centers.
What will be done with my students
Students will be able to do virtual labs which will assist students in learning more about the natural world. Students will also be working more on their math fact fluency through programs bought for them to use. Students will be able to do research and explain through use of the tablet.
Benefits to my students
Student cognitive ability will show growth through having more technology in their hands. Students will be able to do virtual labs with materials that we are not able to buy for the classroom. Students will show growth in math fact fluency and will master our standards. Technology is a great way to get students engaged in what we are learning.
Budget Narrative
I have budgeted to get two Ipad mini 2's and 2 protective cases so that we can keep our Ipad's working for years to come!
