Goal
My goal is to purchase a set of 24 stress balls for my AP students to use during exams! These kids need to relax a bit!
What will be done with my students
My hope is that during all future in-class exams, I will be able to provide my students with stress balls. These allow them a healthy and positive way of dealing with stress.
Benefits to my students
Here are some of the health benefits of stress balls: Relieve tension: When you squeeze the ball, the muscles in your arm and wrist tighten up. When you release it, these muscles relax, relieving some of your tension as well.
