Goal
To motivate students to become successful each day following the 6Ps for success, Proud, Polite, Present, Prepared, Productive and Prompt
What will be done with my students
Students will acquire 'dog tags' equivalent to '6P', a positive component for school success, that can be associated with their level of compliance. Each 9 weeks, students will be recognized and rewarded with the appropriate 'dog tag' that identifies their level of success.
Benefits to my students
When students are motivated, levels of student performance increases. Students begin the process of building self esteem and quality work becomes a student outcome.
Budget Narrative
This program was used successfully last year to motivate students, approximately 80% of students achieved at least one level of success. This method of encouragement was received well by most students.
